Oh yum... that'd be a great sight to wake up to! 
Good stuff, Linds. I like the ben-day dot effect, the spot color on your lips (says "kissable" to me) the thought balloon (looks like you might need some
) and the hand between your legs pulling your shirt down is just a little naughty... which I think adds to the energy in the image.
I think it might be just a bit overdone with the filter, though, because your eyes have filled in.
Most of all, I really like that it's you...
